REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with services provided from us. If your product is defective or not described, don’t worry. Just send us an email at Care@Onerockin.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colours will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our sizing charts on product pages or your order confirmation email within the first 12 hours after completing your purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days since your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note: Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are made-to-order, we do not exchange or refund items unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  1. Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
  2. Not what you ordered;

Please be informed that our products are made-to-order and manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.

If the problem is major, we may choose to replace the item or issue a refund within a reasonable time. In this event, the product may be kept at customer’s disposal.

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the complaint process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you choose to return your order without our Customer Support team and it does not meet all of our requirements, a refund will not be issued and you will be notified via email with any and all options available to you on how to proceed.

  • We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can not be cancelled.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.

Refund Policy

If there is a problem with the order you received, please contact us by email: Care@Onerockin.com. One of our representatives will be happy to help arrange things within 60 days of your order.

LOST ORDERS

If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send us an email ASAP after ordering. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours or twelve hours depend on our production condition at that time.

Once your order has gone to production, we can’t cancel your order, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation.

RETURN POLICY

Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more cases listed below happens:

+ The printed image is not clear.

+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

+ Other mistakes caused by us…

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or website with pictures of errors and your order number. Onerockin will refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS POLICY

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.

+ The printed image is not clear.

+ The printed image is not in the center of the shirt.

+ Package received wrongly against the order.

+ Damaged due to delivery: torn, dirty…

+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the order.

+ Other mistakes caused by us…

Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product

NOTE: Please refer to the size guide here: Size chart. We will not take any responsibility about the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order we will follow the above policy.
