Some supporters of former US President Donald Trump have created a conspiracy theory that Vice President Kamala Harris wore camouflage headphones during the debate, although no evidence has been provided. This conspiracy theory is said to be trying to find an excuse to explain why they think Mr. Trump’s debate was not as good as they expected, even though the former president asserted that he had the best debate ever. The official reaction from Republicans, including Mr. Trump, is to complain about coordinators David Muir and Linsey Davis. These two interrupted many times to correct what Mr. Trump said, not as passively as the moderators in the debate between Mr. Trump and President Joe Biden.
