After needing a small miracle to escape defeat in game 1 at home thanks to Jaylen Brown’s 3-point shot at the end of the fourth quarter, the Celtics once again won this year’s Eastern Conference finals thanks to this hero. Brown set a new personal record at the Playoffs with 40 points, thereby helping Boston win 126-110 and lead the series with a total score of 2-0. More importantly, they protected their home field advantage, something they could not do in the previous two rounds. Jaylen Brown was edged out by Tyrese Hilburton in the race for the All-NBA team, but the Celtics star now wants to focus on the main prize: “We’re two games away from the Finals. Honestly, right now I I don’t care about All-NBA anymore.”

The Boston Celtics won the day when they achieved a shooting efficiency of over 50%, made 15 accurate 3-point shots and closed the match with a 20-point difference in the area under the basket. Plus Indiana’s 16 turnovers of losing the ball, Boston won an easy victory. Visiting team coach Rick Carlisle had his substitutes play for much of the fourth quarter. Jayson Tatum and Derrick White scored 23 points each, while Jrue Holiday had 15 points and 10 assists for the No. 1 seed in the West. On the other side of the front line, Pascal Siakam contributed 28 points. Haliburton had 25 points and 10 assists before having to leave the field.
