Clark, 22, is the second consecutive recipient of this award from the Fever, after striker Aliyah Boston. “I am extremely honored to be named Rookie of the Year, but more than that, I am grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this past season — family and friends, teammates, the organization Fever and everyone who cheered us on throughout the season, I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished and so excited about what the future will bring,” Clark said.
Clark started all 40 games for the Fever, averaging 19.2 points, a league-high 8.4 assists, 5.7 rebounds and 1.3 steals while attracting record audiences and increased television viewership across the tournament.
